The header was made to fit the 2012 and newer models of 1.6l engines on the Hyundai Accent and Kia Rio. This is an exact bolt in for the car. You have to remove the stock exhaust manifold and the catalytic converter connected to it. The flex pipe bolts to the remaining cat.  The second converter is set for 2 1/2 and will already flow more than what you might gain from an aftermarket unit. There is one O2 sensor hole on the header, the second O2 should be placed after the second cat as the computer is looking for before and after results that the O2s will read from the cat. The KFX Performance resonator has a threaded bung for the 2nd oxygen sensor. Just install the resonator behind the catalytic converter and avoid a CEL.
